Yes, we can supply one product to a thousand or more products.

 Are all your products supplied with a 12 month warranty ?

All our products are supplied with a minimum of 12 month warranty. We only supply products from UK manufacturers - we do not supply grey imports.

What happens if the product is "dead on arrival" (doesn't work when out of box) ?

We arrange for this product to be returned for a replacement or credit.

Can you supply high resolution images ?

Yes, we can supply high resolution images, however, we do not own the copyright for these images and recommend that you seek authorisation directly from the manufacturer to use the images in promotional and advertising material. We can help with this.

What are your payment terms ?

If you have an account with AV Promotions, we offer a full 30 days credit.

I cannot find a particular product or brand on your website ?

This website includes just a few of the best selling products in the marketplace. We can, however, supply over 10,000 products from over 200 products, so please contact the sales office, if you are looking for something specific.

Can you insert a letter with the prizes ?

Yes, we can insert letters, compliments slips etc into the delivery. We do not charge for this service.

Can you dispatch plain label ?

We work with many of the major promotional, pr and marketing agencies in the UK and quite often, we send products out, plain label. By this we mean there is no indication of AV Promotions on the delivery notes.

Do you supply Proof of Delivery ?

Why have you launched an internet site ?

We have launched this website to add value to our service. This is a trade only website and we hope it gives you the opportunity to browse through our products, gain inspiration and find out what is available. You can also purchase a product instantly for delivery to a third party address.

We are looking to run a promotion over 6 months but do not want to the product to be discontinued ?

The electrical market is a fast moving market, and yes products do get discontinued over time. For this reason we hold stock on our clients behalf and dispatch the goods when necessary. All we ask is that you order and pay for the goods upfront.

We have no room to store products in our office, can you help ?

If you buy the products from us, we do not charge for storage. If you would like us to store other products and send them out, please contact the sales office to discuss and we will be able to help you.
