Returns Policies and Information
Faulty Goods within 28 days
If the goods have arrived in a faulty condition or if the product develops a fault within 28 days of receipt, we will arrange for the goods to be collected by us. We will inspect the goods and once satisfied there is a fault, we will arrange for either a replacement product to be returned to the customer (subject to availability) or we will issue a you with a full credit. Faulty goods received back complete and as new in the original box, but the accessories are missing: then you will not be credited until these goods are also returned, or you will be charged for the missing products.
Goods received back incomplete, damaged or in a condition other than good; will be returned to the recipient and the cost of return carriage charged to your account.
We shall not be liable in respect of any faults or defects caused by wilful damage, abnormal working conditions, failure to follow our instructions, misuse, alteration or repair of Products.

- We will reply with Returns authorisation Number: RMA and further details

Damaged in Transit (rejected)
In the event that the order is visibly damaged on delivery, the recipient MUST NOT ACCEPT the delivery and they must enter on the courier consignment sheet "DAMAGED" along with a brief description on how or where the item has been damaged. The item will be returned to us and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out.
Damaged in Transit (accepted)
If the recipient does happen to accept delivery of goods and discover they are damaged, THEY MUST NOT USE THE GOODS, and this must be reported to us within 24 hours with a description of the damage, in as much detail as possible. You will waiver your right to a replacement if the damaged goods are used. All original packaging must be maintained. Any claims made after this time will be considered unreasonable and not accepted.
Goods Faulty in the Warranty Period
All Products are supplied with the manufacturers guarantee . If you are reporting faulty goods after the 28 days of receipt, the recipeint must speak to the manufacturer as the warranty is with them. They will be entitled to a warranty repair, in some cases on site warranty is supplied or telephone help lines where they have all the information to hand. They would need to contact the warranty help lines to discuss the fault/repair. Please feel free to contact our customer services and we will be happy to provide you with the relevant manufacturers contact information.
