Business Incentive Manager - Competitve Salary Package, uncapped commission, laptop, phone & other benefits

YOUR PROFILE

You will be self-motivated, target & goal driven and will thrive working under pressure. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a great telephone manner. The ideal Business Incentive Manager will have at least 2 years sales experience, preferably in selling incentives, promotions, employee benefits and rewards to corporate clients. You will be a motivated individual and will have an excellent sales track record, although exceptional candidates without direct industry experience will be considered. The successful Business Incentive Manager will demonstrate a consultative sales approach and will utilise all the necessary tools for new business development - cold calling, client presentations,  mailshots, research (industry news, trade press), networking etc. You will exceed clients' expectations by delivering a proactive and efficient service which is second-to-none. The ideal candidate will be money motivated, career focused and determined to be the best in the business! The successful candidate will be passionate about what they do, as well as being both driven and self motivated to succeed and progress within the role.

THE ROLE

As a successful Business Incentive Manager you will be responsible for generating new business. You will play a key role in the developing new business for the company. The role requires a high level of commitment and creativity, along with the enthusiasm and vision to drive sales and generate new business initiatives. You will be expected to nurture a long-term client relationships, meet sales targets and ensure client needs are met in a timely, efficient manner.
