Delivery Information...

With using Initial Citylink as our preferred logistics partner, it is always possible to deliver to the right place at the right time. Most products are sent using Initial Citylink but for larger items such as Plasmas we will use Palletways.

Individual/Bulk Deliveries

We specialise in the fulfilment of electrical products, dispatching products to as many different addresses, as required. We can just as easily deliver a thousand products to one address or to a thousand different addresses.

Delivery Schedule

Our logistics partners allow us to offer a range of delivery options including guaranteed services for products that have to arrive by a given deadline. Standard delivery of products within mainland UK will normally be made within 1-5 working days. We will endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated but goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside of our control. Any dates specified for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods. If our suppliers or we are temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of this position and you should allow up to 14 days for dispatch of the goods. For delays of more than 14 days, you will have the right to cancel the order and we will refund any money paid by you for the goods.

Delivery Time

Orders will be delivered by one of our couriers and made between 8.00am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday. If a timed delivery is required (e.g. Before 12.00am, Saturday), we can arrange this for you but at extra cost.

We are able to despatch goods internationally using a variety of services depending upon the nature and size of the products. Please contact us for more details, including delivery times & prices.

Order Tracking/POD

As all orders are despatched using trackable services we are able to provide you with all the delivery information you require, whenever you need it. When a query arises we can access delivery details quickly and, if necessary, we can also supply POD signatures.

Signature

On receipt of goods by courier, the recipient is required to sign for the goods. Please note that when they sign for the parcel - they are signing for the consignment "received in good condition". If the recipient is unable to check the contents of the package at that moment in time, please ask the recipient to sign for the parcel as "UNCHECKED". Failure to do so may affect any warranty claims that you make thereafter. It is their responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carrier's delivery consignment note. Any shortages must be noted on the consignment note and it will be your responsibility to notify us within 24 hours from delivery It is also your responsibility to notify us of any in-correct goods supplied within 24 hours from delivery. We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 7 days from the expected delivery date.

Damaged Goods

If goods arrive in a damaged condition do not accept the goods and make a note on the carrier's delivery consignment note stating “DAMAGED RETURNED”. It will be your responsibility to inform us within 24 hours from delivery.

Risk

As soon as we have delivered the goods to your door you will be responsible for them. We will only deliver goods to the address on the order and goods will not be left without a signature. From the time of receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk. Any transit damage to the goods, shortage or incorrect goods supplied must be noted on the delivery consignment note at the time of delivery.
